SPECIAL ASSISTANCE MOVE FOR FLOOD AFFECTEES:
As you know that in 2010 & 2011 floods in Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab damaged millions of civilians have been killed. They had lost everything but ORT was there to support them. ORT helped them for lack of food, medicines, and the most basic of supplies to meet their daily needs.
ORT colleagues have risen to face these challenges. The staff of ORT continues work to meet the new challenges before them. A task that should take one hour to complete, takes several hours. We, however, are not tired but our struggle is to provide basic requirement for the flood affected.
ORT distributed the food stuff, clothes, drinking water & medicine etc in Sindh & Punjab. The distributions were mostly done at camps in Thatta, Badin among the flood affected people of and its nearby villages and some other areas in the district of Sindh, as a result many families have been served. ORT reached to the affected people through humanitarian aid. Meeting the urgent needs of the flood survivors is the top priority of our organization. ORT handed over 4 Trucks to
PAKISTAN AIR FORCE & PAKISTAN NAVY
for Flood Victims.Without your mutual aid it's impossible to assist them. The needy people can be helped by supplying items that are being delivered include flour, rice, pulses, drinking water, clothes & medicines. You can judge our efforts by some images, which are as follows. (PICS....)
